Table of Contents

Toggle TOC

Press t to toggle the Table of Contents sidebar on the left.

The TOC lists all headings (H1–H6) with hierarchical indentation. Click or use number keys 1–9 to jump to a specific heading.

Active Section

The currently visible section is automatically highlighted in the TOC as you scroll through the document.

Scroll Auto-Follow

When you scroll the document, the TOC follows automatically to keep the active heading visible. The active entry stays sticky within the visible TOC viewport.

Mouse Navigation

Click any heading in the TOC to jump to it. Hovering over an entry highlights it, providing visual feedback before you click.

Rendering

The TOC generalizes heading levels (H1 through H6) with consistent indentation, alignment, and junction markers between levels.
